The annual Pairings event is a collaboration between the clay community and local businesses. In past years, we have invited the community to choose a cup to purchase and “pair it” with tastings of handcrafted beverages at the First Friday event. This year, we are bringing the beverage tasting to the establishment! Carbondale Clay Center encourages the community to purchase a ceramic object that celebrates the beverage from the Pairings exhibition and receive a drink ticket that’s redeemable at our business partners. Our 2021 beverage partners are Batch Provisions, Marble Distilling, Bonfire Coffee, Carbondale Beer Works, and Peppino's Pizza. Each of these establishments create or feature Colorado handcrafted beverages.
